¹ Evaluation Report - Engineers analyze your media, determine the condition of the data and provide you with an online report showing all recoverable files BEFORE making decisions to proceed with a data recovery service.
² Return - After your data is recovered, it's returned on the media of your choice (hard drive, CD, DVD, tape, USB drive).
Standard Service:
If you have experienced a data loss Kroll Ontrack will provide you with the most complete data recovery possible. After shipping your damaged drive or storage device to Kroll Ontrack labs, our experts will investigate your hardware, diagnose the problem and determine whether a recovery can take place. If you wish to proceed with the data recovery process, your equipment will be placed in the job queue and your case will be handled in the order it was received. Working during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday), Kroll Ontrack can complete many standard recoveries in a few days.
Priority Service:
Customers requesting this option receive immediate attention at Kroll Ontrack. When you choose priority service a dedicated engineer will work on your data recovery during normal business hours, ahead of any standard service jobs, until the recovery process is complete. Priority service typically cuts your turnaround time in half.
Emergency Service:
If you need the experts at Kroll Ontrack to work on your system around-the-clock until the recovery is complete, this is the service for you. After receiving your equipment, a Kroll Ontrack technician will work on your case without interruption in an attempt to provide a quick and complete data recovery.

Whether it stems from security concerns or a need for the greatest speed and efficiency possible in the recovery of lost data, many customers opt for on-site service.
