Christopher Weiler

Chief Executive Officer

M. Weiler a cofondé KrolLDiscovery en 2005. Depuis sa création, KrolLDiscovery est devenu l'un des principaux fournisseurs d’eDiscovery aux États-Unis. KrolLDiscovery a été reconnu par Socha-Gelbman, INC 5000, Deloitte 500, et a gagné à plusieurs reprises la kCura’s Orange-level Relativity Best in Service designation. M. Weiler a également reçu le prix de l'entrepreneur de l'année de Ernst & Young à Washington DC en 2014.

Avant de co-fonder KrolLDiscovery, M. Weiler a cofondé et développé à hauteur de 40 Millions de dollars la société de service d’Electronic Discovery et de support en cas de litiges On-Site Sourcing, nominée dans un sondage auprès des 100 principaux cabinets d'avocats américains comme l'une des cinq premières sociétés de numérisation et de codage et l'une des dix meilleures entreprises d’Ediscovery aux États-Unis.

M. Weiler est diplômé de l'Académie navale des États-Unis en 1985 et a servi dans la marine des États-Unis comme officier de guerre et officier de liaison du Sénat de la Marine à Washington, de 1985 à septembre 1991. Il a également travaillé pour Pitney Bowes Management Services en tant que manager, de septembre 1991 à décembre 1992.

En tant qu'ancien formateur de l’équipe première des Washington Post All Met Receiver , MVP (Most Valuable Player) de l'équipe de football de la Marine de 1984 et père de trois athlètes, M. Weiler a consacré la majeure partie de son temps libre de ces quinze dernières années au entrainer au basket des au basket-ball et football américain. Depuis 1997, M. Weiler a été entraîneur principal du comté et des équipes de basket-ball CYO et de deux équipes de football américain du secondaire dans le nord de la Virginie.

En 2004, il rejoint l’équipe du Lake Braddock Secondary School en tant que coordinateur, où il procéda à la plus incroyable transformation de la Virginie, du Maryland et de Washington DC de 2004 à 2005 en remportant cinq championnats de district, deux titres directs de la région Nord et un voyage pour la finale de l'état de Virginie en 2009. M. Weiler a personnellement fait don de 200 000 $ pour la construction de deux terrains à l'école.

Douglas S. Strahan

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Strahan was CEO for Aptela, an internet telephony SaaS provider. During his tenure as CEO Mr. Strahan quickly improved the operating and financial performance of the company and successfully negotiated a sale of the business. Prior to becoming CEO for Aptela, Mr. Strahan was CFO and a key contributor in securing $13 million in venture capital and bank financing to scale the business.

Prior to joining Aptela, Mr. Strahan was CFO for INPUT, an information services & software company, where he grew the business from $2 to $23 million in five years. He was also CFO for two early stage businesses: Advocates On Call and BIA Financial Network. Prior to BIA, he was Director of Finance for a $650 million division of Blockbuster Entertainment and Controller for Bardon, Inc., a $100 million manufacturing and distribution operation. Mr. Strahan started his career at General Electric, where he graduated with honors from the company’s world class financial management training program.

Mr. Strahan holds a post-MBA Certificate in Accounting and a MBA in International Business from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y.

Todd R. Johnson

Senior Vice President, Global Data & Storage Technologies

An experienced data recovery executive, Mr. Johnson is responsible for all revenue generating and customer support activities for the Data & Storage Technologies business line of Kroll Ontrack across the globe. In recent years, Mr. Johnson drove geographic expansion and cleanroom facility development into Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. His team of experts is responsible for the full breadth of inbound sales, business development, lab and cleanroom engineering, and technical support teams.

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Metropolitan State University.

Gregory A. Olson

Chief Technology Officer, Data & Storage Technologies

Mr. Olson provides executive and strategic leadership for the global Data Recovery and Software business line. In his current role, he leads the technology strategic and tactical evolution of the world-class data recovery services and enterprise software solutions.

Mr. Olson joined the company in 1990 and has served in various executive leadership roles across operations, product line management and software development organizations. He is a globally recognized expert in the area of data recovery and an experienced executive with extensive operational, financial and technical knowledge with specialized expertise in the areas of data recovery, computer forensics, electronic discovery and software development processes.

Mr. Olson graduated cum laude from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering.

Peter Böhret

Vice President of European Data Recovery

As Vice President for the EMEA Data & Storage Technologies business line, Mr. Böhret is responsible for the data recovery business of Kroll Ontrack in Europe with laboratories and sales offices in 12 countries. In this position, he is the front man of the European Senior Leadership Group of Kroll Ontrack for the data recovery business.

He joined the company in 1996 when the German operation was founded and built it up to an operation with more than 75 employees serving customer needs 24/7/365. Under his leadership, Kroll Ontrack expanded into Italy, Switzerland, Poland and into the Nordics and became the leader in EMEA.

Previous to Kroll Ontrack, Mr. Böhret worked as European Sales Manager for Hengstler GmbH and as project manager at Stark Systemstechnik. He studied computer science in Munich and business administration with a focus on marketing and computers in Stuttgart.

Besides his engagements in management, he made his mark with numerous publications in the sector of IT security and software, e.g. as the co-author of the book “The man in the software development.”

Phil Bridge

Managing Director, Western Europe, Kroll Ontrack

Mr. Bridge has been at the helm of Western European activity for the Data & Storage Technologies division since 2006. He has been with Kroll Ontrack for over twenty years, moving from sales to global channel manager to business development manager to managing director. This has led to Mr. Bridge having an extremely well rounded view of the company and an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Mr. Bridge has insight into all areas of the Data & Storage Technologies business and can offer an expert opinion and insight into Kroll Ontrack as a business; its vision, values and corporate strategy, as well as advice on business continuity, information management and channel and partner strategies.

In addition to leading the UK business, Phil manages operations in France, Belgium, Ireland, Spain and Portugal.

Stefan Schnettler

VP Global Marketing, Data & Storage Technologies

Stefan Schnettler leads global marketing for Kroll Ontrack, the data and storage technology business unit of KrolLDiscovery. In his role, Mr. Schnettler is accountable for marketing strategy and execution, including the digital and e-commerce marketing strategy for Kroll Ontrack. Mr. Schnettler is a senior business leader with international experience in marketing, service and channel sales with a strong focus on creating value for the business.

Previous to Kroll Ontrack, Mr. Schnettler worked at Computer Associates (CA) for seven years with his most recent role being vice president responsible for product and solutions marketing in EMEA. Prior to CA, he was the marketing director for PeopleSoft.

Before moving into sales and marketing, Mr. Schnettler did hold various technical and service management roles at Siemens Nixdorf and Aspect. Stefan Schnettler earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Paderborn.
